Returns & Exchanges

Returns will be accepted on unused, unworn merchandise providing all requirements are met.  Item must:

be in original packaging

unused, unworn items ONLY will be accepted for return no exceptions

any security tags must be intact with no sign of removal or attempted removal, otherwise no return will be accepted (this allows us to ensure the integrity of our authentic designer merchandise)

you must contact us for an RMA return authorization number which MUST be written on the outside of the box or item will be returned to sender and no refund given

all returns must be received within 7 business days from date of delivery

no shipping fees refunded

if return is not due to a shipment error, a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount

 

Shipping Information

Your order will ship same or next business day.  All items are in stock and ready to ship.

 

Warranties

Any item which is warranted by the designer label must be handled directly with the design house carrying the warranty.  We are not representatives of the designer labels we carry and do not service those warranties.
